This week, my father made an appearance on my blog. He received a nice amount of comments for his Thursday Thirteen contribution. Thanks Dad.

This week, I have decided to make one of his favorite songs the Friday’s song. How appropriate week ten is for my father. He is a ten in my book. When you are taught to look at the beauty around you, you realize there is an abundance of it. This song conveys that thought perfectly.

Feel free to leave comments, or post a song on your site. It’s Friday, you should be listening to some music:)

Happy weekend!

 What a Wonderful World Lyrics

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world

The colours of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shakin’ hands, sayin’ “How do you do?”
They’re really saying “I love you”

I hear babies cryin’, I watch them grow
They’ll learn much more than I’ll ever know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world

Oh yeah
